Colourful hand painted silk, inspired by beautiful Donegal, is hand-made into lampshades of all shapes sizes and styles, unique lighting pieces and soft furnishings.

Karen specialises in making something that is unique. No two pieces are the same. They are completely luxurious yet functional. Alongside her collections she will also design and hand-make bespoke pieces to suit your specific needs. These can be for your home, trade customers, interior designers or commercial projects.

Kokodesigns studio is open to the public with a small retail gallery and workshops are held in silk painting and lampshades design for small groups from absolute beginners to experienced artists.
