1.1 The delivery cost is detailed for each product. Items are sent out by An Post or by courier.
1.2 You will be notified by e-mail when the product has been dispatched, along with the delivery details.
1.3 Delivery times are an estimate only of working days, if you require express delivery please contact Kokodesigns using the contact details on the website when placing the order.
1.4 If you wish to return or exchange an item, the buyer “you” will be responsible for the costs associated with the return delivery. Please see exceptions for refund under general terms and conditions.
1.5 If you find goods are faulty and are returning them thus the “seller” Kokodesigns will be liable for the return delivery costs, to be included in your refund if the product is found to be faulty.
1.6 If the parcel is unable to be delivered due to incorrect details being provided by the buyer “you” or failure to contact the courier or postal services within their specified time scale, the redelivery costs will have to be met by you the buyer.
