1.1 The delivery cost is detailed for each product. Items are sent out by either An Post, Royal Mail or by courier.
1.2 You will be notified by e-mail when the product has been dispatched.
1.3 Delivery times are an estimate only of working days. Delivery to the UK will be considerably longer due to post-Brexit complications. If you require Express Delivery, please contact kokodesigns using the contact details on the website when placing the order.
1.4 If you wish to return or exchange an item, the buyer “you” will be responsible for the costs associated with the return delivery. Please see exceptions for refund under general terms and conditions.
1.5 If you find goods are faulty and are returning them thus the “seller” Kokodesigns will be liable for the return delivery costs, to be included in your refund if the product is found to be faulty.
1.6 If the parcel is unable to be delivered due to incorrect details being provided by the buyer “you” or failure to contact the courier or postal services within their specified time scale, the redelivery costs will have to be met by you the buyer.
1.7 Duties and Customs fees: You, the buyer, are responsible for all fees incurred on delivery. Currently, orders for the UK do not incur fees.
